深圳市東海國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)”）受采購(gòu)人委托，邀請(qǐng)合格投標(biāo)人就PC控制高溫中高壓三軸試驗(yàn)儀（招標(biāo)編號(hào)：3324-2344DH4F4152）參加國(guó)際公開競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性招標(biāo)。有關(guān)事項(xiàng)如下：

Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tendering Agency") is entrusted by the purchaser to invite qualified bidders to participate in the international open competitive bidding for the PC controlled high temperature, medium and high pressure triaxial tester (bidding number: 3324-2344DH4F4152). 2. 有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從2023年9月5日起至2023年9月12日每天（節(jié)假日除外）上午9：00～11：30，下午2：30～5：00（北京時(shí)間）在中國(guó)廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B售標(biāo)書處購(gòu)買招標(biāo)文件，本招標(biāo)文件售價(jià)：人民幣500元，售后不退。

Interested qualified bidders can purchase the bidding documents from September 5, 2023 to September 12, 2023 at the bidding office of 27B, Baishida Building, No. 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China from 9: 00 am to 11: 30 am and 2: 30 pm to 5: 00 pm (Beijing time) every day (excluding holidays). The price of this bidding document is RMB 500, which is non-refundable after sale.

三、提交投標(biāo)文件截止時(shí)間、開標(biāo)時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)

1.所有投標(biāo)文件應(yīng)于2023年9月27日下午14：30（北京時(shí)間）之前遞交到深圳市東海國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限公司開標(biāo)室。（本項(xiàng)目采用郵寄的方式接收投標(biāo)文件，請(qǐng)各位投標(biāo)供應(yīng)商于開標(biāo)時(shí)間前郵寄至：中國(guó)廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B（以快遞送達(dá)時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）如快遞送到時(shí)間超過(guò)開標(biāo)時(shí)間，將被拒收。）

All bidding documents shall be submitted to the Bid Opening Office of Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. before 14:30 pm on September 27th, 2023 (Beijing time). (The bidding documents are received by mail in this project, and the bidding supplier shall mail them to the 27B, Baishida Building, No. 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China before the bid opening time (subject to the delivery time of express delivery). According to the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce, bidders must register as members before they can participate in bidding. Before registering, the bidder should contact Zhang Wei, the person in charge of the Bidding Network (telephone number 13426428357) for confirmation. All the procedures from the purchase of the tender to the final bid-winning result need to be carried out on this website.
